As the lunch was ready, it was all set on table. It was beautifully served. The trout was looking very crisp just by looking at it. As we ate it, everyone liked it so much. The different type of sweet and sour "chatnis" added a lot of flavor.
The fish was fried in such a way that the bones also got really crisp and one could eat them also just by munching them in mouth. I have eaten trout many times before but this was surely the unique taste I was getting for the first time.
After the lunch, many "Rotis" were left which didn't go wasted. We fed them to hungry trouts. Even if you throw a full roti, it would be gone in less than few seconds.
After lunch, we left the farm and came back to Bahrain road. Left our host there and said him a farewell with lots of thanks. It was so nice of him to accompany us and most importantly to take us to this farm which was unforgettable experience. We left Madyan around 2:30 PM
