Belts making noise shouldn't be an issue, i think that you should wait for more time or you are being too conscious.
About seal of engine , did you took alternate opinion from other dealerships, because it should not happen, i am using swift since 5 years now and only thing that gave problem was its wheel bearings twice which i got changed in warranty. You should also write to suzuki headoffice about this this.

Sdogar thanx for ur interest in the post u look kind ov guy who has knowledge about swift. I went to 5000 free inspection there was oil under the gearbox they called headoffice and after waranty check they opened the gearbox and put the new main seal between engine and gearbox upon asking they said its manfacturing fault from karachi can happen on any car anyways the belt sound im hearing comes from day1 i bought the car just upon startup and then vanishes for whole day

Dont worry bro ! Swift is a great car & a rough rigid car to own !! Its great in drive nd on economy !! Stay positive !

Thanx maan... Yeah really enjoying the drive just tuk tuk sound when on rough roads other than that its a good car just planning on changing to iridium plugs and full synthetic oil after waranty finishes.. [emoji4]

to clarify a few things, it does not contain japanese parts. However, it is one of the few cars available in Pakistan that have high number of CKD parts..in other words, most of its parts are imported. the parts are usually thailand.

about your problems, i would recommend to change the dealership and get a thorough inspection. maybe it requires a few bolts tightened here and there. belts tension can be sorted out anytime.

a word of advice. always keep it maintained from a good reputed dealership. one of the benefits of owning a PKDM is the peace of mind that you always have access to expert technical support and genuine parts. strictly follow the recommended maintenance schedule and Inshallah your car will never give you problems.

I heard a pakwheeler quoted liana to be having m13 engine & swift is having m13a ! So there is a difference ! If engine were same so why did liana flop & swift is still a hit(in the context of market demand) ! Rest i don't have much knowledge about current market & the engine specs !

Don't blindly trust these dealer mechanic opinion, i don't think that was the issue in new car, you should have waited and got opinion from some other reliable mechanic.It happened with me once, there was leakage like this, i took it to one suzuki delaership and the guy told gearbox leakage and said that it will be opened for repairs, i took to another mechanic and he diagnosed that there was leakage from other source(one pipe with coolant) , he repaired it and it was gone, so i don't think that this was the issue with your car as well. Anyhow for future take care.
Leave this sound issue for some time and see what happens, it should not be an issue at all.

I kept swift for 3.5 years and drive 65000 km and must say it is one of the most reliable car i ever had.
Had to change rear wheel bearing once other than that rattling noise from dashboard were recorded during that time

People who own Suzuki and do not encounter any problem are lucky.

I had gear oil leakage under 100 km of mileage. Gear box was opened twice.

1)ppl never read owner manual and never know that the beep beep warning they get on last cng bar was due to that its not safe to use last bar of cng becoz of pathetic quality cng we get oil get into injector of cng personally my car had that issue becoz mechanic were unable to solve it I cleaned injector my self at home with carb cleaner
2) ff cng problem ppl who removed thermostat valve never got the reason why car is not switching to cng the reason was that cng setup was designed to convert on cng when engine reaches optimum temperature suzuki guy were never able to solve it becoz when they connect scanner they get no error code and assumed ecu got faulty
common issue
liana had its radiator mounted higher than engine people never know they have to bleed out air after pouring water this caused water to boil in reservoir bottle and stupid mechanic had no idea about it and they just advice owner to change gaskit
after all the reported issue ppl start assuming that it a problematic car

Cng always spoils a car ! So its not the car rather than the engineers at pak suzuki who tried to make liana run on cng by hook n crook !!

liana has one of the most advanced sequential injection CNG kits. Its the mechanics and the dealerships that ruin the car...

This reminds me of Daweoo racer, what happened to it. I think it was among the first cars to offer EFI aka computer wali gari...mechs did the first thing to remove all EFI and put a carb on it.

Also it had one of the better AC systems (Harrison ford) which was also not understood by mechanics. In that time Toyota and Honda were selling obsolete technologies ..

Daewoo was beautiful car i don't understand what the owner were thinking while allowing moron mechanics to deal with their car best example of mechanic power was seen in when 1981 when 1981 corolla was priced lower than 80 when the difference was just front grill and head light according mechanic "nawi grill wali corolla fialap (flop) hai" hahaha 90's kawasaki was also a good example the mechanic had no idea how to stop rotor plate while doing their so called tunning and then again mechanic logic "khara two stock engine falap(flop) hai" then in early 2000's the same kawasaki "kara flop design" was so sucessfull that ppl were selling their rusted kawasali for 90k which was available for 32k new back in 90's
