No idea about Isb but i was looking for one in skt, recently a new hotel opened in skt, Hotel Javson, their pool is mouth watering but charges, ufff, 1000 per day and 21000 per month (membership) ... Check out their pool:

there's one pool in G11
charges are quite reasonable
last year it was some 3000 per month
but u can swim for only 1hr at 4 to 5 or 5 to 6pm
