U can find the replacement pads of Sencan from Brandeth road. There are many dealers and importers there for this brand. But now a days it is a little short in the market because of the popularity of Sencan Power tools.

Brother,Makita have the recessed backing plates(the plates on which the pads stick)
My rotary buffer also has the same plates.In case,you can import the foam pads for me, do let me know the charges.
