Why does he need internal bracing???

all professional audio setups with multiple subwoofers have bracing's to stop the box from flexing..... specially for 0.75" mdf. a 1" thick or more MDF would not flex (reason why double baffling is used for the top). since that isnt the case here, bracing would have been a good idea.

there is no harm in ensuring u have a sturdy box that wont leak out air after some heavy use of the subwoofers

Got it and u know what i have done it in the new box but only on one side i mean from top to bottom not sideways. Will get it done

professionals recommend that if any side is more than 12", a brace should be used. specially on 0.75" (in reality the mdf mostly available is 16mm and not 18mm as it should be for 0.75").

by the way the sub is too close to the port. should have left some gap there.

No ...I was in hurry do not look on this ....Added in my list .....In Shaa Allah ,next enclosure will have it !

Thank you people for appreciating my efforts in setup

And to all Spl heads especially Blacklist ....On a serious note,Please don't take this setup as more powerful by comparing yours since I am using them in Sql environment and in a sedan car .....It can't be good as other 2x subs setup but I am quite satisfied from what I am getting from them

Sincerely speaking your 2x Gt-5 Subs will eat them any day ,any time !!!

Currently settings from amplifier are as follows:-

Input Level : 40%
Lp Frequency : 320hz
Hp frequency : 30hz
Boost : 0db

Sub Settings from Hu:-

Phase : Normal
Lpf : 80hz
Level : 0
Bass Boost : 0
SLA : 0
BBE Eq : Off
Equalizer : Flat Mostly / (Sometimes 80hz on +2 and 50hz on +1)

Quite satisfied from this break-in type settings

P.S [I]C.V'z are out from car from a while ,I am actually playing with there box ,but for the time being I am using some other gustaa in trunk as a standby and Harrisso was quite satisfied from it
