Try another pair of ballasts.

Checked ,Got another pair of B.new ballasts ..... Wired them as well !
But as I said ,Its sometimes do this ... Also Right bulb is fluctuating ,I looked at throw light of light & it feels like bubbling ....

I might be changing bulbs as well ... From 5000K to 6000K as no one got 4300K and 5000K .......Electrician told me that there might be the fault in the bulbs ,He also add Relays in the headlamps for proper current flow to the ballasts ...... But no luck!

i noticed few things :-

1. Reduce the Profile of the tyre to 195-55-15
2. If possible put ur oem grill back
3. The guy who helped u out in retrofit , he isnt capable of doing it , if he is da same person
4. do remind me on friday , as em not in town now a days , i might help u out to get 4300k or 5000k ....
5. Change ur battery at atleats 65amp , which will stop fluctuation .... Try to add Dry Battery ( Hankoook ) ....
6. Ballasts isnt a issue in ur case .... See Point 3

I had EXACTLY all the problems that you have right now. You just have to get lucky with a good pair of ballasts.

I am using the fat ballasts. These were the third ones I tried.

Very nice effort on a very nice car indeed... Must be a joy to drive...

Get the projectors aligned horizontally... With a set of tools you can do it yourself at home and not let denters be careless with YOUR car...

This is my cutoff on a level road against a gate.. Try achieving something like this... Change the ballasts to slim and try to get osram bulbs from Bilal Gunj...

1)Tire profile can be reduced next time .... Actually 55 was no available at that moment ...
2)OEM grill can be fitted back ,Its a right hand job ...
3)The Denter who fit these in headlamps ,I talked to him and ask him to grind the corner of H4 plate ,He said I will try!
4)Are you sure that you do so ? I am going to order 6000K in H1 and H11 today .... Gimmie confirmation about the bulbs ,I need in H1 and H11 .... 1st preference is 4300K ...
5)Dont worry about battery ,It is just one year old AGS 85 ampere battery
6)Yeah I hope so .... As I swapped one day used one with brand new ones.... Fat not slim !

Are you sure that I do not need to open the headlamp again and have to notch the adapter plate ? I think no ,Because Momin does the same retrofit in his city ,so same goes with me as well ....

Also the Osram bulbs you are talking about .... Are these HID bulbs and available in 4300K or 5000K ? Price?
Which color temperature bulbs you are using ... Looks 6000K to me !

Okay I got it .... I fixed snails on the center ,beneath the honda logo ,On radiator grill... And one can look them from outside ... Looking not weird to me as there hole is facing downside !

Of course you will have to open the lights and align them manually... But before fixing the lens back on the projector housing, align them manually by rotating the projectors... And then fix back the lights... Do it yourself cause mechanics or electricians really don't care much about your car. (my personal experience).

And I am using 4300 K bulbs although they are not branded but they work fine for me... 6000 K is useless... The gate is silver that's why the color is a little misleading...

Osram bulbs come in BMW's and German cars and some are HID's ofcourse, you ll have to search a lot for them... Probably from an old scrapped car's headlight...

Of course you will have to open the lights and align them manually... But before fixing the lens back on the projector housing, align them manually by rotating the projectors... Got it .... Yaar ,I am not that expert to open all that stuff ,The front bumper is now heavy due to kit ,And require some expertise to open!

4300K ... Yaar what a tone ,Love it .... Pure white ,Though what I am feeling is 5000K gives light of halogen type ,Pretty yellow color!

Than leave Osram ,I will manage to get my hands on 4300K ... !

FYI, I went to the local kabaariyaas today, gathered some info regarding city engines, sharing here as it might be helpful in some way...

In 1.5L, there are two versions: i-DSi and VTEC as you already know. Kabaar walas know them as "8 kaayl(coil) wala" and "4 kaayl wala" respectively.

i-DSi swap will set you back around 25k Rs including fitting and by selling your own engine to the guy, wiring etc will all be the same, just bolt to bolt assembly swap.

VTEC will cost you around 40k as it needs its own ECU and all the necessary wiring.

Both are possible and the swap in either case is a game of merely 8-10 hours or so....

The guy I went to was offering 3 months FULL warranty of the motor, even if the compression results are bad or you find out its repaired, the guy is bound to take it back...

Would the steermatic engine be bolt on fit in this IDSI just like stock one ? And which market you surveyed though ?

Its bolt to bolt swap bro as I already said, you won't even need to change a single nut inside the engine bay.

However, just in case you go for the swap I would highly recomment to install brand new engine foundation bushes, the clutch plates, clutch bearing, charging belt, generator pulley bearing and a few little things here n there, wouldn't cost much at all but would drastically change the results of the swap process.

Retrofits work is delayed due to getting busy day by day in college and other misc stuff ....
Will surely come back to my baby once I will get some time .... Will align retrofits once I get my desired HID bulbs

Brother can you please post some more pics of 4300K Hid results on different locations ?

Also would you ever felt that it gives some yellowish typo shade to you ? Just like mine 5000K bulbs are giving me ? As you can see in my posted pics ....!

They will give the yellowish shade on the focus region always... That's why they are good for ,both, visibility and looks...

My ballasts are not that good so the light only turns yellowish when I rev the engine...

If your lights are giving you a yellowish shade then congratulations... you might have found some good ballasts after all...

My one light is yellow and other light is bluish white ... ,But sometimes only ...
5000K are yellow ,so of-course they give yellowish shade ....

4300K are supposed to be white thats why I am trying to source them ,but you are telling me the different story ?
