nice Bike there !! ... i had a 2003 R1 wasnt as aggressive as this one as in the older models low end torwue was less but high eend was more .... But this model is More low end and less high end ... few days and you will get used to it .. though personally i Dont reccomend anyone to start on a liter bike ... perfect bike as a beginner is 750 gsxr ride safe buddy

I actually want to own a 600 first but than suddenly this thing pops up, Found it interesting so thought to strke a deal!

But unfortunately I am not getting used to it, Throttle is way too insane ... Though bike is on standard mode. Might be it's power commander? :S

Is the color scheme Vinyled or some thing elsel.. i mean what was the orignal color ?

Yes swapping gears rapidly these days to have practice!
This is the custom color scheme done on the original fairings and tanks from Yamaha Outlet in Dubai. This was roughly for $6000 and it do come with the receipt which yet to be collected from seller!

Not riding it outside the town due to lack of riding gear at the moment, Although will be riding it safe since its a very first experience that too with the liter bike

Congratulations brother. Its a lovely machine. I had spent some time with R6 and i can only imagine what this thing can do. But with power comes responsibility and you have to be extra careful with this one, a little more throttle and this thing can easily slip. Do warm the rear tire up before going out on a ride for better traction. All the best.
By the way whats the original colour of this machine??

Thanks and yet taking all necessary precautions at the moment. Though don't have potential to burn a newly installed tire

This thing freezes my **** literally, I drove it to market few days ago, Thought to rev a little and with neck of second it reaches from 50 to 70km/h on 1st gear with slight tail !

I stooped the bike, Stood for some minutes to get normal than rode back it to home

the Power Commander 5 comes with Select-able Maps , See If you can have a lower powered Map Loaded so once you Start getting adapted to the Bike to can Gradually go the the Power .

It was on basic settings as per the owner, Though I am noob in all of this hence don't know where it is placed and how to change maps!

Although he told me that it's either in fairing or beneath the rear seat, Let's see !

why didn't you buy honda cbr600rr?

Plan was to grab a R6 or GSXR 600 but this thing pops up in a near about similar budget hence thought to own it ...
However, I am not getting used to its throttle, So there are chances that I might be swapping it with 600

Man that was like one hell of a job!

Convincing your parents to have you these wild machines is way too difficult, I have to wait for 6 years for accomplishing my dream but pleased now to own one
