I believe the one with the ring on neck is a MALE and other is a FEMALE. Also, these are not the ones known as "Raa" parrots... A lot of hardwork is required to make them talking urdu/english etc... however they are easily available in the market at cheap prices... I myself had an African Grey Parrot that is well renouned for its quick learning... had with me for more than 10 years... but died couple of months back :-{

Oh man 10000 is too much for this, This is normal desi pair of parrots no matters talkng parrots are expensive but one should consider the race as well,

I have 2 pairs of alexandrian parrots (RAW) talking to much and may be you know or not these kind of parrots consider best talking parrots.

they talk to each other , answer the door bell, sing some little songs, whistles, they know names of all my family and bla bla bla even then i,ll not dare to ask 10000 for a single male or female bird. Unfortunatly i dont have pics or video right now but i,ll try to post soon. and yes they were only 5 days old when i baught them home and now they are 4 year old.
