Last night I met him again he told me that mechnics say it will cost 400RS and the problem will be gone for ever, but he is not telling the fualt .. he just say bhai bike chor jao sham ko milay gee .. chala ker tasli ker k paisy de dena bike garam bhi ho ga or sound ki gaurantee nahi hai kio k new model men wo baat nahi hai mager power loss nahi ho ga jitna merxi abuse ker lena..bike will stay on power and will not over heat..

How does your friend drive? Is he a new driver? May be he is riding the clutch. Too much clutch slipping while in traffic. But then it should not over heat on open roads.

I believe the valve clearances are checked. As you didn't mentioned above.

Over inflate the tires to reduce drag...
Put bigger jets and ruin the economy...

You mean the ones which are in the base of pushrods just beside the Cylender ? what should I check in that can you giude ?

Alright, yes it seems to be heating up more then usual, what is the diagnoses and what will be its treatment can you giude ? I have shown it to multiple mechnics just like @Navqam it will help man.. thanks in advance...

check for excessive play on their pin. Any play here will make the valve train rattle like marbles

You mean those 2 Push Rods under the tappets (if these are replaced with new ones, the problem will be solved?)

Dear Brothers,

My bikes tappets rattles very badly, many times adjusted (in cold state) by many 'Ustaads' but no use. Its noise is getting on my nerves really. Can someone guide me the reason of this problem and answer too, please. How to and from where to get this mess done right. Jazak Allah Khair.

Take the tappet assembly out and check for the following things

1. Wear and tear on the tappet adjusters
2. Do the tappet assembly arms or whatever these are call move easily?
3. is there any play in these assembly arms?
4. Take the push rods out and check for any damage on the rounded ends.
5. Check the rocker arms pin for any play. This can be removed and reinstalled without disassembling the head.

Quality of Atlas Honda has almost vanished and these problems are very common in new bikes. One more thing to check is if the tappet assembly getting lubricated properly

how much warm is tooo much warm ?
i have infrared thermometer and will try to measure temps..

however one thing is confirm if i go to pindi and stuck in rush then my bike crankcase/cylinder/head gets so hot that i can feel it inside my boots.

but if driving on islamabd roads no issue.
