Gearbox appearance was clean, amount spent on lubricants in the previous years paid off. However, it had signs of services delivered so far, 1st gear Gerari was in a beaten up condition and all syncronizers needed replacement!
Problems I was facing before this service were the noise while down-shift to gear 1, noise of gear 1 & putting it in low or high gear needed some serious effort

Broken Clutch plate cam as a surprise, one of its spring were off, and its leather was hard & dead, this could have been another reason for trouble faced in shifting gears, the scope of maintenance had now increased many folds:
