Sellers of such vehicles usually offer to take care of all the headache , you can negotiate this fast processing fee and budget this as your purchase price. I received the temporary registration & plates within 3 days, I didn't had to go through any cycles, only document given was CNIC.

I think we should let them do their job , there are more important DIYs to focus when you buy a Unimog or FJ!
