Sir, Thanks for all you did. These tyres look very tempting. Could you please confirm if they are still available.
About the 16.5 Rim Size, I am not sure if a 16.5 will have enough clearance to ride on the drums of a UNIMOG. I tried size 16 (9:00.16s are available in Rawalpindi somewhere), an IVECO rim, but could not fit it on. It's way too small.
I have found some 18 rim size tyres in Peshawar, second hand but in good condition, but 18 rims are rare, and if available, extremely heavy as they are usually used on earth moving equipment.
In my opinion, we will be better off with second-hand 11.5. R20's, or if we could have power stearing, 12.5.R20's. Even the stock 10.5.R20's are not bad at all.
Sir, one final request: Sometimes we have tyres with expired shelf-life, usually very cheap. The main problem is with high-speed driving, which at least I am not interested in. These are available in auctions. Once I had an offer of 4 tyres at 18,000 Rupees (brand new with expired shelf-life: never touched the road). I am also looking for them.Could you also please enquire?
Thanks a lot for all the guidance and help
Irfan
