Haha waiting for my first proper job and yes this is definitely a good consideration. The 2.0T is supposed to reflect (according to hyundai) half of their Genesis sales in the first year. It's geared towards the tuner market, and they've purposely made the ECU easy to crack. Hyundai has even quoted saying that you can up the boost and get 300hp out of the engine on standard internals. And of course those are the Evolution's numbers.

Ouch!. It's the styling and i'm sure they could have done a better job. It hurts.I wasn't a fan of the earlier designs anyways.

Just wondering, Why would they put so much aftermarket things on a car (Most of them just rice) on a car that's sitting at the dealer lot for test drives?

Isn't this test model supposed to present the true feel of the basic production car? What if one drives this with the few aftermarket suspension and Exhaust mods it has likes it because the upgrades made it better and goes on to buy a standard car not knowing that the test model has those upgrades,

I can just see the man slapping the dealers face for that :P,

Exactly what my thought was while I was driving it. The dealer told me that the exhaust was standard, but one of my friends after looking at the pictures said that it CAN'T be standard. a) It doesn't look standard that one sorta hit me too while I was at the dealership and b) the standard setup is a dual exhaust with single tips. I'll have to ask one of my friends who drove a stock 6 speed Genesis a couple of weeks back to see what his views on the suspension were. This one was too flat.

That's a tall order! I'm sort of edgy on manual. Let's see how this one goes. I've been told it has an oddly stiff clutch.

The lines might be not one of the best but honestly they aren't that bad eaither. Actually they looks better in person. Thanks to the crappy picture quality (sorry, Bilal but can't help it :P) and the ricey stuff done on it.

Kia Forte is also available with that 2.0 turbo engine...240 bhp stock, i guess. sounds fun? But i dont know if its going to be available in US market.
