Test Drive: Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera

Awesome, i really love the gallardo (Y) Since the gallardo lp540 was released after this one, i'm forced to believe that it is going to be an even better ride. You tried this on a normal road right? What about performance on the track? This and the ferrari will i guess be totally different on the track.

You know, the same thing is said about the F430 and the 360 CS...that the F430 is better because it's newer and has more technological advances. However, i'll bet that the 360 CS is a lot more fun to drive. The LP560 is amazing i'm sure but I doubt it'll be as thrilling as the Superleggera. Hopefully i'll be driving the LP560 in the near future. I drove the Lambo on the road and i'm sure the Ferrari is better on the track but I don't really car about that. Also, which Porsche 964 are you talking about?

I'm just an average Joe that get's to drive these car's. It would be cool to have a job at Lamborghini but not right now. Actually at my first job I drove prototype car's....once up to 165mph on the highway. I also had plenty of late night blasts down the back country roads in a naturally aspirated 500bhp beast with no traction control or ABS...that's where I honed my driving skills.

I still love the GT3 RS and it's still my benchmark for handling and overall feel :D. I've seen that Murci vid before, IMO that exhaust is just plain loud and doesn't sound very good. Have you seen the Carrera GT vid with straight pipes in Beverly Hills? That thing scares the crap out of people.

It's funny how tame the stock exhaust sounds in the vid. I can assure you that under load this thing sounds completely different, much better in person. I personally would leave the stock exhaust intact.
