Ye carb service k baad ist time average check ki hai. Motorway pe speed 110-120km/hr or highway pe average 90km/hr rakhi. Cylinder size i think 55L hai max 9+kg gas aati hai

Bhai machenic hazrat hamare ziadatar chalta phirta kam kerte hain. Maine 3 bar fuel pump change kerwaya machenic k kehne per but car stop hojati kahin na kahin aur petrol b bht kha rhi thi. Last mei kaha fuel pump change hoga aur petrol switch b. Mujhe saturday ko thatta jana tha family k sath aur cng bund thi i got idea and takr oil empty bottle and make inlet outlet pipe and alhamdullah on 2nd self car start. I checked many times and setisfy all is ok no problem on petrol so on n. Highway its give me 15km/L . I tuned up when i was in thatta, clean air filter and i have provlem with point which temporary install old one. But if i reduced speed it will give me 18km/l.

Maine bottle driver k barabar wali seat k frush pe rakhi thi which was good idea. Q k mujhe average b dekhna tha. I will upload pics because if u need any emergency or you need to check ur fuel average its very good idea

Today i try with these jets.
Only i put jets no tuning no cleaning of carborator nothing dne except puting jets 92 5 nd 105.
Mashallah got 17.5 km in 1 liter (city) Before it was doing 12 km maximum.

What does this mean "Now get 2 pipes and connect them to the inlet and outlet(reverse) of Carburator and get them in a bottle containing 1 litre of petrol"

No need for bottle thing, thats only for mileage testing purpose. once you are done with jet replacement & carb service, you can top up ur fuel till autofill, run ur car till 100km and then topup again ur tank till auto fill. Then divide 100/(no. Of litres till autofill 2nd time). This way you can calculate mileage.

my mehran 2010 was taking too much fuel.. after reading this post i tuned my carborator and replaced fuel jet japan 92.5 and 105, now it is giving 19 /20 fuel per liter aveage.. but now facing a problem that it takes a jerk while accelerating .....
i visited back to the mechanic he replied that it will be fixed in few days atomatically...
and i visited to another mechanic and told about the matter he suggest to replace 92.5 jet once again,
otherwise your problen will never be solved
plz suggest what to do..
have to pay once again for jet and labor..

At what speed. Car jerk?? If car jerk at 110 or above. Then there are two reasons. One is. You change jet 105 not company recomended. As per my info. It is 170 jet.
Second reason may be clogged carbeurator petrol line in secondary butterfly.
One simple solution you can do easily by yourself. Take large bottle of carbeurator cleaner. Open air filter. Start engine and Spray cleaner in every hole in carbeurator with variable speed. Put half bottle of cleaner in petrol tank. This will clean all lines inside carbeurator and engine become silent. It is my personal experience.

How did someone increase fuel average by increasing the size of primary jet. You need to put smaller one than thoes from the factory. #92.5 is stock jet so try to put #90 to increase economy.
