any motor engine 2/4 stroke when rev. beyond it top Redline will blow its gasket and fry its ring pistons in matter of very short time ...

In many cars, for example in my cultus when I rev it high on acceleration and redline her in 1st , 2nd gear and dont change the gear and keep the car redline for maximum for 3 seconds car electronically cuts of my accelerator and brings the engine down so that it do not blows up...

you can test this on any VXRi, VXLi sports model (G 10b) models of cultus because they are more responsive and powerfull .. VXR has not this function .. even 2 stroke heavy bikes have auto cut off as well.. like RGV 500

Well Guys ... I just read the responses ... But my actual question isn't answered.
I hope everyone of you has played NEED FOR SPEED UNDERGROUND in which, while racing a drag race, when the car attains its full speed in the top gear, after some time, if we continue applying full throttle, the car engine bursts.
The same I heard in case of 2-stroke bikes. Now I need to confirm whether its true or not .......... :-/

Yeah, you are right, but Redlining a Top Gear? - then We are talking about some Nasty High Speed then (H)

Top gear take a reasonably Long road to redline. and even in top gear its matter of few seconds before a engine is screwed, seized, blown, damaged or on safe side it will automatically cuts off.

But in top gear its less harmful?
