The panels will usually easily be sold at a 10-20% depreciation (vs current per watt rates) depending on age, brand and technology.
Inverter are even easier, just post on Olx and relevant Fb pages. If the demand is reasonable, it'll still rather quickly. Though they tend to take a greater hit, 20-40% lower than a comparable model new unit.
For moving the system, expect to pay around Rs6-11/watt for the whole service. And if the panels are mounted on fixed L2/L3 structure, then it's pretty easy to move them to another location
