Abid hasnt made solar inverter as it needs liytle experiments to do to make 3 kits and then put them into one. And right now i cannot help him with money. So that solar project is on hold.

He says solar is failing in most places due to bad inverters who are not even proper solar devices.
Just connecting solar wire with inverter doesnt make it a solar inverter. It is same like connecting solar wire with battery terminals directly. Only catch is that instead of battery terminals. Companies have convinced people that their solar inverters are equiped with everything.

Anyways. There are good inverters. Not all good. Not all bad.

Abid is genius. By the way i m using inverex VM 2.2kw PSW inverter with 40A MPPT charge controller with 300 watts solar 140Ah battery @ 24Volts... Working good so far.. night time load is 150 watts i.e 2 celing fans 65 watts each n a light from 11 pm to 8 am in morning during load shading.. at mornig batteries are at 23.5- 23.9..

Can you ask abid what should be the minimum voltage batteries should be discharged in a 24 volt system. Discharging the batteries to 23.5 -23.9?? Is it safe..? I m using 2 phoenix UGS 175 rated at 140Ah.
I charge it with solar from 8 am onwords till dusk + mains (wapda) (wapda comes back at 12pm-4pm)

You don't need special wire for DC voltage unless you are running very high voltages.

The wire that is used for AC voltage is good enough for DC as long as it is pure copper and DC voltage you are running is below 400V and you don't exceed max ampere rating of wire. Keep in mind that heat will reduce current carrying capacity of wire, so max current you run through wire should be 70% of the rated current carrying capacity of wire. For eg if your max current is 7amp, then get wire that can handle 10amp.

you do need a special DC wire for Solar Panels. AC wire will drop DC voltage.
