60c is within acceptable operating temps but it starts derating after 50c. Although, I haven't noticed any serious throttling due to temps. I already have a fan installed that throws air directly at the inverter and big exhaust fan for the Electrical room. I guess it's just too hot now so the fan is just throwing the hot air on the inverter.

AC temp or DC temp? Inverter capacity? Nitrox 5KW (white) and 8KW has fan which kick in at 60C. Its normal for DC temp to reach 60C, it happens during peak production and when charge/discharge battery with high current.
Keep the fan on during summer and use exhaust to blow away hot air. No need to install AC.

Nitrox 12KW (White 3 Phase Hybrid). DC Temp usually peaks at around 60c and AC Temp peaks at around 59c or 59.5c. I have installed a FAN that is pointed directly at the inverter. Exhaust fan is already installed and runs 24/7.

My huawei hit 70C today during peak - air cooled mounted outside in shade. Has been fine MashaAllah seh with no throttling.

Thats normal. Just keep the fan and exhaust running during summer, not must but good thing to do. I do the same. Controllerd temperature prolongs electronics life.

I have a digital temperature gauge meter which I placed near inverter, it shows around 41-42 degree centigrade ambient temperature nowadays, is it OK? or should i also install exhaust fan near it? There is a net door near it as well which allows air flow from rooftop.

My software shows this information and it's 9:41 AM

sir you may add a duct fan (like over a CPU inside a desktop pc) or a small pedastal fan inside the electrical room for air circulation. or add an exhaust fan at the door / window of that room.
these days humidity is crossing 52% level during day time. an electrical appliance constantly operating at thresh hold temperatures will degrade the equipment performance faster rate then usual.

Is there a way to check if the Spd's were installed properly and working? Also, my solar vendor put them in the same plastic box as the breakers, which is obviously dangerous and fire hazard. How difficult would it be to move them to a separate metal box?Would that require a lot of changes in the wiring? @umans @AkbarGr8 @sardarg

Just make sure spd is wired properly. Better install in metal box where their front is visible, keep the wiring as short as possible (close to main breaker). Do that for both AC and DC SPDs.

My chint Spds have colour coded indicators that change say if they're blown. These colours could vary across different brands.

yess
tariff has nothing to do with FCA
FCA is for for all disco consumers (because generally reference fuel cost is on lower side which is included in tariff and actual cost is always on higher side, so ultimately we have to pay the difference)
and as FCA is a generation cost rather than tax, one should not worry too much regarding that
