I am also living near DHA 2 Lahore and using solar setup since 2012. Below are the answers for your questions point to point. U may inbox me if u need any assistance.1- Setup must be based on your monthly KWH consumption. On average 1kw panels produce 4 KWh per day. Check monthly Kwh and calculate your daily and hourly consumption. Add 40% extra from your daily usage made your bill zero. However u will charge for peak hour usage. Peak hours will not adjust in your reverse metering.2- 20KW single inverter from Solis or Huawei are best.3- Yes Lesco offers Net metering in Phase 2. Getting licence is 2/3 months long process. Also involved technical reports and only Nepra approved companies can apply licence on your behalf.4- Good solar panels are around 50 PKR per watt.
I am not in solar business but Electrical engineer, If u need any help for getting panels or inverter on good price from reliable source who covers warranty with good manners let me know.Good luck
@rizwan400 sent you a pm please reply.
Sir which model of Solis for 10 KW on grid(no battery)? On their website multiple models and I am confused.
from what i can find in the manual, its a specifically designed inverter for server, atm etc applications
its working mode is also like the high end models, it will not eat the battery continuously, unlike the axpert vm, and the aerox series.
all on grid have no pakistani models are custom buy whichever available in market with warranty better to buy godwee sdt g2 it has 2 ac to dc ratio
AOA, I have a 3.2 Kw system with 3KW+ infini inverter. I have installed the bidirectional meter and enabled the feed in grid option but the inverter still does not feed into grid despite the load is around 500w. Plz suggest what to do?
Is your infini 3kw is 3 phase or single phase..have u got net metering installation done completely
To watch video on YouTube click on this link
from what i have found on net, infini does not have any 3 phase inverter in 3kw.
you need 3 phase inverter and 3 phase meter along with proper net metering process
3phase is inverter is required only if solar system is larger than 5KW. Plenty of single phase net metering connections out there.
Has anyone looked into lithium batteries aka Energy Storage Systems. Availability and price?
not for KElectric. they clearly mention 3 phase is mandatory
Only requirement I see is you need a 3-phase connection, doesn't say anything about 3-phase inverter.
3 phase connection means 3 phase inverter. single phase inverter will not synchronize with the grid in this case.
Not true. It's possible to have a single phase inverter on 3-phase connection. It'll just be connected to one of the phases. It's quite common in Lahore.

Anyone installed Bifacial solar panels?
Yes
