Get rid of the tabular batteries when you can. They cannot be discharged daily without significantly reducing their life.

Check out Dyness Lithium batteries. Last time they were 250K for a 48V - 5KW pack. The BMS is compatible with Nitrox.

You can keep adding packs depending on your needs / desire to go offgrid / discharge daily.

sir 16 panels over elevated structure cleaning is once a week only for time constraint, though there is huge dust deposit due to BRT bus construction project in 1km aerial distance.

Sounds good, seems you've maxed out PV capacity which is a good thing. There will be a solar expo in Lahore, please visit and check out the lithium batteries available. Sharing one brands details which I'm particularly interested in.

Your Inverex is a Deye inverter in the backend if anyone asks. A lithium battery which doesn't have a compatible bms with your inverter is useless.

I have a 13.92 kV on grid net metering system i am considering to add a 3 or 4 KV off grip setup for 6 to 10 pm peak hours and extra usage of AC to cut down KE bills.

Any suggestions?

How about a 6kw system so that you get a 48V battery pack / options to increase battery capacity later on.

Do you plan to add new panels or will borrow some from the ongrid inverter (hopefully you have 2 strings).

Another option could be to replace then ongrid inverter and get a 3 phase hybrid inverter + battery (Solis 12 kw or Nitrox 12kw).

I am facing a strange issue with my new 20 kW Solis inverter.
Its making a very uncomfortable high-pitched noise/whine.

Surprisingly, not all of my family members can hear it, as these high-pitched frequencies can't be heard generally by adults who have crossed 40-50 years of age.
I searched about this on the internet and found out that I was not the only one losing my mind lol!
Here is an example of how it sounds.

I had a growatt before this, and it only made some fan noise.
Is anyone with a Solis or other inverter experiencing this? What could be the solution?

sir @saadaqib00 the high pitch sound alert is feature which comes with age
sir i recommend cleaning your inverter cooling fans. If it is an IP65 non-fan type you shall shut down the inverter shut off PV input & ac out put breakers. Remove cover and use blower to clean the accumulated dust throughly.

Can someone shed light on electricity consumption of inverter itself, I've searched alot but couldnt found exact consumption of inverter nor there is any mention on specification plate.

Guys, I need help with our lesco bill. Ever since we upgraded our PV array and started producing excess units, I've noticed our bill never goes in negative. Here's the Feb bill, note -654 kWh excess exported units but the bill is still 1215? How do excess units get carried over to next month?

If you are surplus (export is more than import) units will be carried to next month.
At the end of each quarter, surplus units are converted to rupees, which will be used to pay peak hours bill.
If you are not surplus during any month in quarter, they will do conversion without waiting for end of quarter.
Put these conditions in equation and you will have answer of any scenario.
In your case, you're still surplus, they will do conversion in march.
