Based on personal experience, warranty support / quality of service depends on the personal connection you have with your solar installer.
Citing my own example, my installer provided fantastic service initially but got rich super quick thanks to the boom in solar. Now his philosophy his to increase the number of projects he's working on simultaneously, where customer support / service has taken a back seat.
God forbid you need some hardware replaced under warranty, you're doomed.
I've now become half an installer myself, bypassing the BS and poor service being offered by businesses in general.
The prevalent fake stuff available in the market is astonishing - God have mercy.
