You are 100% right about the DC Shock and its Spark...

There is only one 2 pole breaker which Im using for the DC Panel output
well its actually 377v dc (OC)
total 10 panels 37.7v each 37.7*10= 377volts (All connected in series)
but as the load increases the voltage decreases
its not a charge controller its hybrid inverter Infini 3Kwatt Plus
maximum 500v is allowed for PV input

It is recommended in the instruction manual to install a dc breaker and it should be two pole if U use a single it will spark and burn ur breaker (The spark was huge and it scared the hell out of me) :-! . Its easy to turn off the PV panel through breakers rather than opening screws/nut&bolts to work.

BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH HIGHER DC VOLTAGES
THE DC SHOCK IS MORE DANGEROUS THE THE AC SHOCK
IT WONT LEAVE U UNTIL UR BLOOD GETS VAPORIZED

SO DO WEAR GLOVES FOR PROTECTION

I'm planning to install solar panels for home.

1.From where i can get reasonable panels (price and quality)

2.which controller? (MPPT or PWM) (Chines or other).

3.how much battery capacity is needed for 1000 watt system to get 7 hours backup.(maintenance free battery)

4.how many solar panels(In watt) are required to run 1000 watt load and charge battery at same time, that can give 7 hours backup at night?

Load: 55c LG Fridge, water bottle cooler, 100 watt desert cooler and 150 watt security system(3 camera, 1dvr, 20" LCD, intercom,Bell).

MAX Budget: 300-350k (night backup can be compromised if exceeds budget)

Information for New People who are interested in DC-System;

Yesterday i purchased the following items from Hall Road, Lahore.

* 2 DC Fan 12Volts-36Watts each (with regulator & remote, 9-steps speed @ Rs.3,600/- i checked on shop and the consumption was moving between 0.8/0.7/0.6Amps - without fins)... Rs.7,200/-

I have seen Khursheed DC Ceiling fan (manufactured in Gujranwala) with 6 month Warranty for 5500 Rupee shopkeeper told me. I was impressed because of airflow of the fan is almost 70% plus of the Normal Ceiling fan and was taking 12v 3 amps. I dont have personal experience but what is the good thing i can seen in this fan its Air flow is far better then Chinese. Its also with Remote.

Do DC fans and loons lights decrease the losses which are incured when DC turns to Ac via Google inverter?

These are the ceiling fans with remote (1 to 9 speeds) and manual-speed-regulator too... but wasnt able to check its air flow, but i dont think it will be bad... cause i have one other model of dc fan working since last year in my bed room, and its air flow is almost upto 70% as compared to my previously installed Royal-Ceiling-Fan (currently i am using DC Fan & lights in my room since last year), but consumption is quite impressive (DC-Fan marked as 12Volts+25Watts taking around maximum 2Amps per hours on a 12volts battery.

These new DC-Fans are marked as 35-Watts, and while i check it without fins at shops its rotation/speed looks fine, and consumption was under 1Amp on a 12Volts battery.

I like this system you mentioned 2 volt 600ah what brand batteries are you using here? And as you have two 6kw inverters I supper the number of panels will increase with time to 12kw

I am sorry for the typo. it 12.5KW panels not 6.5KW. And cells used were ALPHA. One of the best cells out there with minimum 9-10 years life.
