Ups has to stop charging once batteries are fully charged.

One main reason is your wires. When they are long and bad quality. They cause voltage drop across them.

For example there is 2 volt drop
UPS senses 12 volts where batteries are 14 volts.
Ups tries to charge them to 14
This happens quite often.

By the way I am electrical engineer with masters degree in alternate energy and currently working in different projects of alternate energy

good to hear from a qualified person. I have 300 watts system connected to 125 amp narada battery and homage inverter for ac utilities. . can u suggest good charge controller to protect battery and also to enhance charging in bad weather

Get a MPPT charge controller or if you can't afford it. Don't waste money on PWM charge controller

I have a simple charge controller but I want to run system on long run.. so battery life is important. bad charge controller damage battery. . I think .. currently my ch controller is this one

See. Your charge controller is showing 11.9volts but if you check voltage at batter terminals it will be more than 11.9 volts.
Tell me the difference on full load and then I will tell you whether your problem is charge controller or wires

it s gel type and aim is to use sun light for boosting ups charging and using sun light daring day even if there is no power during day time.. right now.. no power for last two hours and 600watts ups and following are pics showing battery and load and chage on display. . when battery fully charged then volt are 13.8

I have APC ups with 2 excide 120 model batteries, the problem is if 3 fans are on as soon as the light goes it starts to beep(its not low charging beep) for instance today as the light went it started to beep and did that for 5 hrs

tell me one more thing ....... lets say before the wapda goes ur battery chargin LEDs were 5 ..... do thy come directly to one led or led panel shows the same 5 or 4 leds ....... if ur leds shows the same results then beeping is normal if it beeps every after 15 or 30 seconds ....... but if led goes directly from 5th or 4th led to 1st one and beeping is continuous then ur calibration is out .......

which one is ur case ? continuous beepin or beepin every after 15 or 30 seconds ?

You have to use separate batteries for UPS and solar. It is being overcharged so heating up.
