I regularly check this thread whenever I open Pakwheels
I am in love with Mercedes Benz these days , Especially the E-200 2004 ( The black one / previous page) and C-180/200 2006 ( previous shape ) .. Currently I am using Civic 2010 Prosmatec and want to upgrade in Next few months Hopefully IN SHA ALLAH .. The safest option is to go for Brandnew 9[SUP]th[/SUP] Gen civic but I really hate tht shape and really want to purchase a Mercedes for the first time in my life
I understand we cant compare the comfort luxury and level of Benz with a Civic and cant compare the peace of mind and reliability of a 0 meter civic with 7-8 yr old Merc Benz
I also understand , I might have to spend few thousands after getting even a 10/10 condition Benz
My first question Sir ,
For How much can I get a 10/10 Condition C class 2005/2006 with Beige Interior ? and For how much can I get E-class 2003-2004 in same great condition ? and What about S class S 320 or 500 2001 -2002 in same great cond ?
What I Need from My Car :
A trouble Free , Comfortable , Powerful Driving experience , maximum 1k kms a month , max 12k kms a year !
I will keep it with me for Next 5 Years , yes it will be used daily within City only for 30 kms max
Revving once or twice a month lol
Fuel Consumption is not a problem as I don?t drive tht much and have experienced a pathetic avg of 7km/ltr with civic 2005 for 2 years a few years back
I Drive my Civic extremely carefully , Never cross any speed breakers or Bumps at Higher speeds , even drive my Suzuki swift carefully , crazy for my cars , try my best too keep them perfect both mechanically and esthetically , so I would keep the Benz in the same way infact with even more love and care , with regular service , oil / filter changes etc .. SO even then is it really difficult and expensive to maintain a Mercedes ??
Obviously I don?t want to get in any trouble cant afford a Bill of 50k every 2-3months !
From where to get it maintained here in khi ?? any idea sir ? What would u suggest me ? should I go for Merc or still end up buying a civic for the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] time

benz has a very solid suspension. it doesnt trouble soon and handles bumps very gracefully. The oil change cycle of a benz is different than other cars. you can drive the car for around 8k km in one oil change. recommended mileage is 10k. if calculated, benz is cheaper when it comes to oil changes.

For Me this time its like either I should only go for A Benz or keep driving my 8th gen civic becoz its really useless to spend almost 9 lacs and get Latest civic top of the line , even after spending so much I will be driving just a Civic . Well, according to my little knowledge, if you are driving Civic then C class is not suitable for you. You must opt of E class. Then you will know the difference between Honda and Mercedes.

The road grip , driving pleasure , gorgeous look , interior layout esp the dashboard is so good in civic which gives a pleasant feeling everytime u drive it , C 180 s interior is not tht impressive
But I cant get a 10/10 condition E class 2004 plus in my budget thts the problem
Was searching here at pakwheels last night , found a really clean less driven unreg fresh imported c 180 avantgarde ( sory for spell if wrong ) 2007 wuth a demand of 27 lacs e class would cross this figure I belv

That must be one angel dust edition civic or a very crappy benz.

The drive difference is like night n day - even a well sorted out lowly 201 can outperform the drive of even Honda Accords. When done correctly the car feels like its gliding on rails.
