my younger brother took it for reading. when he returns, you can borrow. but if you want to buy it its available online. and its not a very good book at all. its a translation and the quality of translation is horrible.

I will try to find a much better book ( I had one but somebody took it and never returned). If I find it, I will present it you for your parents. This book was written by an English administrator before 1947 and is mostly about Baloch and Pathan tribes. If you are one, then it might interest you. I checked for its original form but its not available.

Got them today in post. Sheikh sahib was a prominent civil servant some years ago and served with honesty and integrity. His memoirs are worth reading.

I have read this book. Yes, not a bad read in general. Everyone prefers his good points in life and there must be hardly anybody with courage enough to write about his negative points. Please keep reading, its such a good thing.

New and much awaited addition to my books. Dozakhnama is a dialogue between Manto and Ghalib and the second book is a novel.

For eid holiday reading got these wonderful books. One is an autobiography by the legend Intezar Husain and the other is about introduction to philosophy by Jostein Gaarder. A modern classic in all respect.

The Urdu book is published by Sang e meel and is worth 900.00, the second book is a lousy local edition by some unknown printing house of Karachi.
