Get LLumar or 3M tints, both are available in pakistan, ranging 10-40k, nobody will stop you for those, I have LLumar on my cars 
My civic is on coilovers, dropped 2.5 inches up front and 1.8 inches at the back, I'm just careful of the routes I take, when you're not sure of the road you're on then it's better not to floor it, take it slow just in case something comes up you could still dodge it, cruising at a slow stable speed is always relaxing on weekends anyways. Some roads have ugly speed breakers here made out of cement, in that case I just look for an alternate route as there's no way I'd risk my car scraping over a bump like that, especially with the 7th gen civic since it has a downpipe that runs lower than usual due to the flat floor.
