Which end of the spring did u cut ? and btw can u share the pic from the rear with visible rubber bulging out ? and offset ?
Cuz stock cambers of older gen civics and accords never gave people like us room to play - lets keep coils and aftermarket stuff aside
When i had the same problem with my civic i tried to make it work the typical denter's way, DIY , used 2 jacks - one to lift the rear , removed the tyre , loosened the camber arm bolt , heated the bush to some extend to soften the rubber , used a long screw driver the lift it upwards , inserted the bolt inside back again to a couple of threads , and lifted the other jack underneath the wheel hub , it raised the bush to frame connection to some extend and then tightened it till the end , make sure you don't apply too much of torque cuz u might damage the threads of either assembly , u can now visibly judge the difference where the hub sits after removing the jack , it would be somewhat facing towards you - make sure that you only play with the camber NOT the alignment regime or else bye bye bushes
Rolling fenders - a guy like me wouldn't recommend until they are rusted and you wish to play with them before a paint job
We don't have rolling tools and i wouldn't recommend the baseball bat trick
btw the results show too much width stats , and did u check the revolution per mile stat ? damn - try to cross 100 kmph mark on M2 and they'd stop you saying that you were over speeding
