you cannot choose te1 or te2 - they both serve different purpose.

You can measure VF signals with a simple multimeter as they quite slow to react. But if you are claiming that you use a multimeter to check the o2 activity in an EFI vehicle - you are lying. Its not possible. you need to SEE it plot a diagram. What good is a fluctuating no. when it changes every few miliseconds.

Come on - admit it, you have dug yourself into a hole here.

Te1 is for diagnostic purpose and the TE2 is for testing purpose and the vf refference is measured by analog meter by calculating the needle fluctuation's in 3 second's per cycle.

yes - we can use such a meter for analog static readings or even readings that change about 3 or 4 seconds, not in milliseconds though - that is why we use a scope. You have a weird bunch of claims here. Either you or your customers are really naive who believe in emotion rather than logic.

so you calculate needle oscillation to ascertain the 'mV' feed ? how many oscillations of needle per mV per 3 seconds ? for optimum settings please state in digits - no rant please
