Salaam Fahad,, good to see you after a long time,,, where have you been. Guess you wanted to be in rallies at least 2 years ago, what happened with that plan.
Regarding this project, you already know I am hardly a technical person. Bought this Hilux only because I had the confidence that SK and his friend/mechanic Farooq Sahib and his team of fabricators, electricians will be able to carve something good out of this vehicle. Nashit aka Ghuncha and Akif Janjua joined in and once Kaikra arrives in Lahore, hopefully by the end of the next week, Yasir and Salman would be able to help/keep company. Frankly,,, this Kaikra is owned by all of us and once complete,,, Insha Allah sooner than later,,, it will make all of us very proud.
So far so good, it is lovely to drive, engine has a lot of power and we are now entering into the phase of bodywork and adding goodies. Its an ongoing process and guess if will be a few more months before this Kaikra will come to its final shape. Plan is to use it for Service and Recovery during our joint rally endeavors, hopefully it will prove its worth in the wilderness too.
Originally wanted to keep Kaikra simple and low budget but once I drove it last week, I fell in love with it so now,,, its a baby and given the money in pocket,,, budget is unlimited.
Any idea you like in this thread, copy it, it will only make us proud. If you have a better idea, share it,,, thats how it works,,, so feel free buddy
You never told that your in-laws reside in Falcon, wont belive that you did not visit them in the last 2 years which basically means you came to Falcon and never came over to my place,,,, very bad Fahad,,, anyhow,,, no excuse next time
