I consider myself as "below than average" trekker.
I think any average trekker can reach till lake in 2:30 hours from Deserted hotel.

This gives me some comfort to see that people who are quite "healthy" like me reached the lake in 3 hours. We are leaving for Spin Khwar and Izmis lake tonight. Hopefully we will be able to reach Spin Khwar lake in 3-4 hours as it's distance is less as compared to Kundol but it is higher in altitude which means more steeper gradients.

I spent more than 1 hour at the lake while others spent only half hour.
After enjoying the beauty of the lake and refreshment with cold drinks, Biscuits & chips, we decided to go back as it was cloudy and also going to be late.
It is the good bye shoot of the Lake..............

I really Salute him after completion of this difficult trek.
He is smoker and it is his 1st trek.
When we started this trek and on 1st drinks break following was our comments:-
Mine : A.Manan will go only till next stop... not any further.
Giude : A.Manan can't trek any more and he should stay here for rest of the time or go back to our ride.
as he is lying on a big rock on 1st stop.
