few months back i tried torrent....it took me 11 years to download a movie...
downloaded 3 movies in total...out of which 1 was a hoax.

ever tried Hayao Miyazaki's flicks...by far Japan's top notch director of animated movies.
a few years ago saw his "Spirited Away" and "Howl's moving castle"....the only thing i wished was to have seen those movies in my childhood back in 80s.
beside the kiddies stuf from Japanese cinema....a must watch is "departures". a serene movie if you want to shrug off that bizarre feeling you had after watching "ek tha tiger"

Mr Hayao is god of animated movies for Japanese.He is owner of world famous Studio Ghibli.The movies you mention are really master piece. Try some old stuff like "Princess Mononoke" and "Nausica? of the Valley of the Wind" .
The Valley of the Wind was first full length animated movie by Ghibli. The Village and surrounding Jungle was inspired with the beautiful Hunza Velly in Gilgit Baltistan.

Princess Mononoke was suggested to me by another colleague of mine the same time i saw the other two of Miyazaki films...this and the other you suggested will surely be on my watch list.....and yea that Studio Ghibli promo is a seal of no-nonsense.

the dark knight rises ...8.5/10 ... an epic conclusion to great batman saga ... Bane didn't disappoint ... enjoyed every min of his presence ... best movie of the year so far ...

cant agree more.... the movie-taste-buds of sub-continent can be so poor, is beyond my understanding...perhaps 2 or 3 per 1000 movies are worth watching....thats my opinion of course....no blasphemy.

i never watch bollywood for once but only for some of the comedies for quick entertainment or the one which is reality based (like the ones aamir khan is producing these days), indian film industry for once can never be compared to the level tinge of reality (even in sifi movies), standard and quality effects that Hollywood creates in their movies

Men in Black-3 is yet to be seen by me...but i have seen the earlier two , (available on youtube as well)...hilarious movies, no doubt.

mib 3 is quite different, there is one emotional scene in it that literally takes out the tear from eyes of strong ppl, and trust me i am not an easy one, so watch out for that, its a must watch since you have seen both mib1 as well as mib2

Looks like il watch dark knight rises in cinema...loved the previous flick.....I dont watch a lot of movies, but I quit watching Indian movies in 1998. Not cuz they are Indian, but cuz I thought they really really need to improve standard. Well they have now, but the plot/acting/stories.......TERRIBLE!! Watched few good ones like 3 idiots..

Its a good movie. particularly by Indonesian standards its excellent..... but this kind of John Woo+ Drunken Master movies were loved by me when i was in High School in mid 90s..not anymore..!!!
i wont give it more than 7/10.
similar scene setting, but more of a horror/suspense movie is QUARANTINE...much inferior...but similar kind of "getting trapped in a building" setting..that was a 6/10 movie.

Watched expendables 2 in cinema, much better than expendables 1. Cast has chuck Norris, Van damme who has grown old and looks weird, Arnold and Bruce Willis and the cast of part 1.
I finally decided to download the raid (dubbed one) but from where i download, all links are now down :(. I normally download 720p (Blu Ray Rip) but could not find a working RS link. Any one here has Rapidshare working links for this print then please PM me.
