I am not sure of your experience with video editing software. But usually the video editors are pretty resource intensive.
I use Da Vinci Resolve a lot, and it's very resource heavy. In case you didn't know, the YouTubers usually buy the top spec Mac Pros, since they spend a lot of their time editing videos. You may be able to run these software on a regular PC, but their performance will be on low end. In short, it will just take a lot longer to do the same job.
If you want to do this on a regular basis, say weekly, you will require a powerful machine.
