You can stream4K content from Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
In addition, you can buy blu-ray disks.

You can download 4K content as well, but I dont believe this is the right place to discuss that.

If your TV has "smart" features, you may be able to play 4K content directly from the TV. Otherwise, you can use an external player like Apple TV4K, Android or SoC based media players (Android/Kodi etc)

I skimmed quickly through Top Gun 4K last night, and it looked very sharp. They still have retained some grainy aspect (like in opening titles) just like the original movie.

The soundtrack also seems to have received some improvements to deliver more punch.I am getting excited

I finally got a chance to watch Top Gun in 4K over the weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed the picture and sound quality on the remastered release!

Top Gun

(Although I am quite late, but still, its a treat, even in 2020. Especially the music... OST "Take my Breath Away" is excellent and nostalgic Overall, 10/10 IMO)
