LOL
I kept a very simple approach...
Me: "Ustaad Ji...aap se yeh yeh kaam karwana hai. Kitne paise honge, aur kaam kab khatam hoga?"
Ustaad Ji: "Saab Ji...iss ke dus hazaar rupaiye honge, aur kaam 20 July ko khatam ho jaaye ga"
Me: "naien, Ustaad Ji. Iss ke mein gyaarah hazaar rupaiye doonga. Aur agar kaam 20 July tak na hua, tau aap ki dukaan ko aag laga doonga, aap ke auzaar ko aag laga doonga, aur aap ko Pindi zilley se hijrat karne pe majboor kar doonga. Samjhey kiya?"

Just kidding. To be honest, though, I've been lucky in getting a true Dream Team of technicians / craftsmen / workers for this project...otherwise it simply could NOT have been undertaken, let alone have reached completion. And when I say "completion", that too, is a bit of a misnomer...because this project will never truly be "completed". I have the feeling that in weeks and months to come, it'll continue to simply evolve, and we'll continue to push the envelope in terms of design, function, form, performance, and aesthetics.
Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the support that this project has been getting from so many friends and acquaintances, alike. In that way, this vehicle is very much a progeny of this thread...where crazed truckers and wild-eyed enthusiasts have gathered, and merged advice/argument, and performance/passion, and ergonomics/aesthetics into the monster that the Phantom truly is. So here, I'd like to reiterate my thanks to all the supporters (both vocal and silent), whose good wishes have been intrinsic to the design philosophy, and the actual rebuild process.
The roller-coaster-ride, though...continues!
