The sad part is the baby getting ejected from the car. I suspect the child was being held in lap, godi mein, and was ejected by the force of the accident. I am only guessing here, I hope other parents will learn from this and the use of child seat and seat belts will increase in Pakistan.
The porsche driver is going to have to live with the guilt of playing a part in the death of a baby. Whatever, if any, punishment is levied by the law is just part of the burden he will bear.
It will be interesting to see if there is any accident forensics investigation into the mechanics of what happened. Can the police, retrieve data from the porsche airbag computer to find out the speed at which brakes were applied. Can they judge the distance and time allowed to the porsche to stop and avoid the accident, or did the Honda driver misjudge the oncoming car and set the inevitable in motion.
Lets leave the judgement to a court of law. Please, lets not take our frustrations about life in pakistan on the first popular target we see.
Kamil, the police and army and govt. all spring from the same people as us. They are no better, and no worse than the rest of the nation. Their corruption is visible and an easy target. But the ordinary man on the street is just as corrupt and mean, just hasn't had the opportunity.
