i have 2006 vti pros oriel, and even iam sick of that whistle sound , it kinda a naughty (tharkee)noise for a seconds, but i have noticed it come only when the ac compressor restarts, i got it checked with ac wala and he said that this whistle noise is not traceable for that he will need to open the entire ac parts, for the time being i have postponed this plan consulting some honda civic owners.....
buuttttt i have noticed one thing that rpm do not move once the ac compressor starts.and whistle noise come and go .....which according to ac wala rpm should move a bit.
over all civic feed back, i bought 2006 civic after driving spectra auto for 6 year, here if a start comparing spectra with civic ppl will get mad at me ....
but fact is fact, iam disappointed by seats and suspension which i find it hard compare to spectra , ppl dont be amazed , i drove that car for 6 years ...prob if i drive this car for 2 more year i might get use ti if it... and i was informed that vti pros will give ya 8~9km/l compare to 5~6km/l of spectra .....
wrong ma civic is giving me 7km/l....
conclusion i dont regret getting civic cos it way better than corolla, i should have considered premio 1.5 at that time...
