Removal of blower motor resistor from air resistive side case.
evaporator core detached.
Blower motor detached from its plastic casing.
Blower motor actuator.
Blower motor opposite side.
Upon receiving signals,Blower motor actuator opens and close the shutter through the plastic linkage .
Shutter closed restricting fresh air.

After two hours break from 1pm to 3pm work resumed,core and blower case went for water wash and fins were straightened on the core.

filter tray put back in the slot,cabin filter is unavailable at most of 3s dealers so its empty,will be looking for it from junkyard some day.
