In that case, it might be possible that it was sold on old rates, being old stock. Still, it happens very rarely, unless / until the shopkeeper is very good, as irrespective the stock is old / new, most sell it on current price / bought price, whichever is higher.
But then the question arises, shell and quartz 0w20 available dated 2018, and ZIC 07/2019... Aren't these too old? As usually stock does not last that much longer, unless / until the sales of that shop are less.
Again... Since I have no proof, so I cannot give any verdict.
