Tik tik sound from tappets despite tappet adjustments

The camshaft was badly damaged, having 4-5 mm grooves. Went for kabli head replacement, instead of repairing and refitting with parts replacements. The kabli head was fitted as such without any parts replacements. Had to spend some money but all the mentioned issues resolved.

Kabli head cost me 23000 plus 3000 labor charges was major cost

I am using these settings factory recommended for Baleno, adjusted on cold engine early morning before starting.

The grooves were present at the camshaft support where it rotates and not directly visible, even I myself was unable to see as on last tappet adjustment I kept standing over the engine and observed each and every step.
