That is 3m crystalline cr70 tint or could be sun guard transparent film.. both of these give this shade.

I think that's UV tint. UV tints are availiable at Montgomery for 2500 (All wiindows and back screen). It comes factory fitted in cars such as Civic, corolla, etc. If you want to go for the fake copy, it's availiable. It just gives the look- no UV benefits. Genuine 3M tints ought to be real expensive!
