i highly doubt that you will find a new one...if found it will be quite expensive...
cleaning it is a simple task...there is a pipe attached to air intake pipe....spray lots of carburetor cleaner in it and then rev it up...it will shudder and might shut down...start again and repeat...
but if the valve is badly stuck, then open the valve when car engine is cooled down, there are coolant lines attached so u might loose a bit of coolant as well...
there is a gasket, do watever but never spray any cleaner or liquid on it else it will swell and be useless...
after opening you will see the valve...try moving and clean all junk from it...put a drop of ATF on it and you are good to go...no need to remove magnetic part from IACV, instead open the complete assembly...
