TB service is among the major remedies of fluctuating rpm.

yes mini motors near railway lines,their reputation is good and they are also pakwheels member,one of my cousin use to go to them but i have just one interaction with them so cant tell you before hand:-!
For computerized tuning a workshop in johar town is already famous among pakwheelers not sure about their recent charges,nomee700@pw could tell you for recent charges.

now thats the main issue of baleno on cng.

shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is problematic in most of balenos if done before 3000 RPM.. On cng and when going uphills i must advise you to use petrol only or you will end up damaging the engine.. It is also good to use some good petrol and cng station..
My car works fine on some good cng stations while shell petrol works fine in my baleno 99.. I also add some high octane while travelling uphills..
Also dont use a very high viscosity engine oil ( like 20w50) in mountains until your baleno is more than 75000 miles old, medium viscosity like 10w40 suits engine more in hill travelling like, mobil 1000 15w40, castrol magnatec 10w40, zic 10w40 or liqui moly 10 or 15w40. ( the prob is that in our country most of the meters are reversed and a meter showing 60000 may well be driven more than 75000 miles.

also only computerized tune your car from a very good tuner,very few mechanics know how to tune a n efi properly while the AC and lights are on in cng and also on petrol, do change airfilter after abt 5000KM and seal the airfilter very tightly, use denso plugs for economy and Bosch 4 pins fo pick and performance. check your battery condition and coils also by checking on a volt meter and ohm meter..

Hello to all mates here.. I am facing a problem of WHITE SMOKE out of Silencer..

I bought a baleno 2000 few weeks back. I have described below, what actually happened.

When I bought the car, there was no signs of smoke.. The old owner was used to put SHELL HELIX CNG engine oil in it.

By mistake we put up ZIPEX Gasoline oil and it was from Abbottabad. There was just a little seal on the cap and no seal under the cap (there is always round paper type seal when you open up the cap).. So the ZIPEX oil was not good one.. And the car started blowing smoke..

Few Mechanics and Spare Part dealers told me that almost all OILs have separate formulas and carbons.. ZIPEX have removed the SHELL carbons.. They suggested me to re-change the oil to SHELL HELIX.. The smoke might get finish after 2 to 3 oil changes (in short time)..

Now; I have changed that ZIPEX oil with SHELL HELIX after 400km... Again changed this SHELL after 450km to get the symptoms of ZIPEX removed.. I have noticed that the smoke is little bit decreased but not completely.. Smoke blows in much quantity when you press the speed paddle more..

I hope that you people would understand my problem.. Your comments, suggestions would be highly appreciated..

i think there z no good baleno mechanic or tuner in abbottabad..........
oil changed, coils ok, filter changed, tightly packed....... plugs r denso 2 pin.......... ll switch to 4 soon...... battery ok too. but lights n ac on. thats a new thing.... ll do it this way now. both of my cars.

thanx bro........nyc info........ getting TB serviced 2day..... if it still doesnt get settled, then BOSCH 4 PIN......... ll resolve it, as the pick problem not that bad, but still i wanna increase it....... how about air intake upgrade??????????????

AOA... bro i have baleno 04 model.. i have some issues with my car.. its pick is not good in 2nd gear on cng... pahlay gear mein thek chlti hai cng pe jub 1st gear pe RPm 2500 tak chla jaye to 2nd gear dalen to thek chlti hai.. but jub speed breaker ata hai or speed km krni prti hai tab isay speed breaker k bad jub accelerate krta hn 2nd gear mein to pick he boht late uthati hai.. bilkul slow ho jati hai or takrebun 5 second k bad ja k speed pakarti hai.. or baki sb gears mein thek chlti hai just 2nd gear mein he problem daiti hai ye..
or petrol pe har gear mein thek chlti hai... cng pe gari smooth b nahein chlti hai.. or cng consumption b boht ziada hai.. aik cylinder mein hardly 70-75 krti hai with ac.. ap ko kia lgta hai k ye cng ki setting khrab hai ya phir koi electrical issue hai? ya phir clutch plates to kamzor nhein ho gai hain kahein? i want my car to run smooth on cng.. kindly give me some suggestions.. waiting for ur reply...

yahan pe koi post ka reply kray to problem resolve ho na? r u from lahore? i think suzuki workshops are best for baleno.. i will go to suzuki mini motors in lahore then i will inform u that problem is resolved or not...

@skill and @ only faith... can u tell me that installing bosh 4 tip plugs in baleno is beneficial? any negative effects of these plugs? Does consumption of cng and petrol increases due to these plugs or not? my car has a mileage of 115k but the engine is in good condition.. is it safe for me to go for these plugs? and dont forget to tell about the fuel consumption after installing these plugs... waiting for ur reply...

hey baleno_master, help me out with some LIANA trouble, will ya?? car was running like a babe when I got the spark-plug gap fixed and now that I get it refilled, it starts jerking.missing again!!! help out with this plus suggest me some budgety ways to increase its acceleration/performance/handling.. anything other then top speed

brother change to Petromin ultra 7(20w50) and problem MAY be resolved otherwise you need to replace valve seals..
there is a seperate thread in buyers/sellers section.. read it and then decide. abt oil change.
I think Xufiqar bhai/ Skill may guide you the best in this regard..

I would not recommend that till you only wanna drive on perol only..

there will be only a marginal difference in consumption only if you tune it better, however in case of normal tuning consumption may increase..
