Tips for Baleno

baleno bhai jee...mri car mai missing ka problem idol condition mai nhn hy...yes morning start mai problem nhn hy...jaisay jaisy car heat up hoti hy problem increase ho jata hy...
ya problem low RPM pr thori sa bhi ziada accelerator dainy sy hota hy...i mean if you give a sudden paddle car losses its RPM, give a patakha sound and turn off...and yes in such condition when car is running and coils are hot then car can not be started at CNG...you have to turn on petrol to start it...
and do tell me what is the standard resistance in ohm that a good quality baleno coil has...

@yasir...nope i never saw temperature more than 50% except once i trapped in a traffic block and water level in radiator was almost zero than my car temperature was at about 70% of gauge...(so is mine:P)

Mine always stay over more than 50% infact 70% (to be precise)

sir i havent gone to karachi for last 8 years so sorry i dont know any mechanic in karachi may be someone else from karachi can help u.

50percent is normal agar baleno main water kam ho tab gauge heat up show nahin kerta just hot water pay show kerta hay.

thank u sir but i have no workshop.but i can suggest u some gud mechanics in pindi.go for baleno best of luck buy 2005 or 2004 model baleno 1lackm 6lac tak achi mil jaey gi.agar touching hoi ho then kam ki bhi ho sakti hay.

Shahzi bhai. I took my car to rectify the electrical problem and it was revealed that ECU of my car is replaced with JDM baleno. Also, its immobilizer is also deactivated and check engine light is made direct with alternator. Now when this is the case then i doubt that check engine light will come on if any sensor got malfunctioned and resultant the performance of car will be degraded. The person whom i got my car checked has worked in bosch, Germany for 6 years and has a very sound knowledge about automobile stuff. What you say about it. Need your expert opinion too.

dani bhai i dont think ur ecu is faulty :S and where is ur old ecu ? and once ur ecu got faulty it couldnt be start ur car anyhow u can check ur car simply start ur car and remove any sensor cable the check light should apear. and could u tell me ur ecu is it 3d? or what

whats the model of ur car. sensor sirf ecu k liay hotay hain agar yeh system khatam ho jaey then sensors ka koi kam nahin rehta.ur saying that he removed ur ecu or he installed japan made ecu.engine check light glows when there is some faulty sensor or sometimes light stucks switch of battery for 5 mins then connect battery may be lights will be gone but i think check engine ya tu sensor ki wajah say hay ya ecu koi masla ker raha hay.ecu is programmed by company but expert electrician can read its codes for errors.if he worked in germany then he must be an expert man.how he has checked ur ecu?

t-1 scanning dlc device say scan karo for ecu.agar nahin hota then rotate the screw on ecu by some expert suzuki man.in old cars ecu is roolllaa khud hi light on ho jati hay without any problem becaz its computer

AOA bostupthecar how r u sir ??? sir meri baleno main aik problem aya hua ha ... mileage 34000 ... regular service from 3s dealers ... sir actually engine 1 2 gears main kafi shoor karta ha like m driving a muscle car ... ye awaz clutch etc ki ni ha khali gear se nikal ke pedal bhi dabao to aise awaz ati ha jese ander tappets waghers ya kuch freely move kara ho aur shoor ata ha truck ki awaz ki terah mujhe samjh ni ari ki ye kis cheez ki awaz ha ... abhi 34000 hi chali ha thats why i was thinking ke belts waghers to theek hi honi chayie ... so i need ur help bro... thanks in advance

Its 1999 model Gli. Check engine aur battery ki light should turn on when i turn the ignition on but it doesn't. Yesterday I start the engine and then disconnected the MAP sensor cable but still there was still no check light, which should be there after doing this. Secondly battery to bhai main daily disconnect karta hon otherwise car doesn't start in the morning. One more thing. About a month back ignition on karnay par sari lights on ho jati theen (Oil pressure, Battery, hand brake and check engine). Ab check engine aur battery ki nahe hoti. Aur how he checked the ECU hmmmmm. He just checked a few cables and looked for error codes and draw his conclusion.

Last night i did this. I removed MAP sensor cable and check engine light didn't came up. As far as ECU is concerned, i'll remove it on sunday and send you pics with details.

check the tappets may be they are loose.engine oil old honay say bhi awaz ati hay.waisay engine should be sound bcaz its just 34000 driven.check the silencer system also.

when he checked the ecu are there some errors and have he removed them?if light is not coming check alternator and its connectors there must be problem in them.

i also have baleno 2001. problem is with petrol. on petrol after about 05 kms of drive, it loses power and sometimes turns off. then on re-start its ok.please help.

Maine Tappets ki setting karwai thi 31000 kms per ithink Mechanic ne wo theek terah se adjust ni kiye aur kafi dafa speed breakers per bhi lagti ha may be silencer main fault ho main next tuning per check karwata hon wo bhi... sir i wana ask sum questions... mera zayda experience nahi abt engines... ... Mere paas jo manual ha baleno ka uspe likha ha DRIVE BELT 40,000 per change hoti ha... maine mechanic se kaha wo Fan belt ka keh raha tha aur keh raha tha ke abhi zaroorat ni change karne ki aur ye easily change ho jati hai ku ke main mechanics se gari dur hi rakhta hon kam thora sa hota ha ghar wapis ane tak barh jata ha thats why ... i wana knw ke drive belt aur fan belt ma kia difference ha ? kher m attaching pic of that page ...
Second.. There's small amount of leakage in engine pipe seal ... main pictures bhi attach kara hon... ise kese theek karun i mean poora pipe change hoga ?
