I have the same problem, I don't remember the exact amount but it was quite expensive when I asked about it, I think around 15 20k so I decided not to get anything done because it can be annoying but it doesn't affect driving as much.

Abid bro what i meant was tgat i had a honda aria 2002 and axivic 2005 exi even a civic 95, daewoo racer93 and honda accord cA4 1989. Honda engines are way quiet tgen suzuki they are even 20 years old but all was kept with extreme care. Suzukis engine are noisy by default but not that noisy that one could hear their "khir khir" sound with bonnet closed. I have one balenonin my sector which i kept with extreme care white colur and probably 2005 modle and its engine is almost soundless. Noise in engine always shows the care it was kept.
And yes you are right being mechanical and movingparts in engine it cant be soundless but please try driving a 9th gen honda civic, 2004 2005 lancer. Tgey are way quite sit.

Borther its not an abused car, engine is in perfect condition. No smoke at all,No oil decrease. I have travelled from islamabad to Lahore and back then go on trip to Thandiani (Murree) most of the drive was on CNG. During travelling no engine issue. There may be a tappet sound, machenic say that he give some GAP due to hot weather. Moreover engine is in genuine condition Not overhauled even no headwork done on it. Mechanic say that you got a good car (luckily).

This is tappet sound coming from engine head, common in baleno and cultus (similar engine 2007 onwards).

Its just an annoying sound else no major issue. Just get the tappets adjusted.

Opening and repairing head won't help. Complete fix is very costly that is engine head replacement.

Its due to Baleno's plugs and coil system which is not good, uses 2 coils for firing 4 plugs. Situation get worse while driving in rush areas.

Make sure your plugs are in good condition, normal copper plugs do not last more than 10K Km in Baleno.

Which plugs do u recommend brother, normaly they put ngk bkr6e normal fitall al plug.
Will this sound go away if tappets are adjusted and spark plugs chnaged. Will it be any benficial on rush roads? Where baleno lags.

ngk bkr6e are good copper plugs for Baleno.

Tappet adjustment reduce the sound but some level of noise will be there due to old engine.

Fuel filter was changed some 5000km before and sir how can i check vacum.lockin fuel tank?
Iam islamabad and its been long i am.askingbthe same question and spent very amount on it but of no avail.

Symptoms of vaccum locking are fuel ni willing to go in while filling at fuel station and vacuumish sound from tank as soon as you open fuel cap

Sir no such issue i pour 1000 1500rs. Petrol every time and refil about 3 4 liters before car hiits reserve. Fueling is vwey smooth no issues with vacum no spills no nothing.
Only sometimes fuel pump makes some noise which mechanic said its okay. Its normal for suzuki.
Car only get sluggibsh when temp gauge geys to middle and having ac on makes car even worse on first gear 2 3 4 there are fine

Bro, vacuum locking is common in old carburetor engines. Baleno is EFI
