Engine ki koi pic hai ni ab ... btw baleno is nice car specially for long route. Ek mashwara yahi hai k kabi engine weak ho to overhauling ki taraf mat jana swap it with japness assembly ull enjoy ....

i am not a fan of Swap. overhauling is suggested jab tak engine me taqat hai overhaul honay ki - but through a sensible mechanic

I was studying there till 2017 now m in my hometown d.i.khan. i never found a single good machenic there jo baleno ko smjh saky ..sab faradiyee mai in pe bht paisy zaya kiye but end of the it all ended with assembly swap ...os k bad sukoon

Can anyone plz tell me how cambers are adjusted in baleno. Cuz as far as i know shocks are disassembled and then send to khairadia for adjustment. But in december when i went to an alignment shop he adjusted front & back cambers with the help of a machine. Nothing was disassembled. Can it be done like that?

Yes it is possible. I ve done it ap k shok bilkul nechy ek kabla hota hai jis se camber adjest hoty wo kaabla khairadiya chota kr deta matlab k os ki thickness kam krta and wapis os ko fit kr k ap negative camber kar skty ...

according to my limited knowledge, there are three ways to adjust camber:

1. disassemble the shocks/structs and widen the mounting holes by machinist and then re-install adjusting camber accordingly.

2. apply shackle/press sort of a toll to struts without disassembling them, it will press the struct body a bit and will adjust camber by actually slightly pending it, there are very slight chances that struct rob will also be bent making it useless after some time of usage.

3. 3rd way is the way of JUGAAT, they use shaved nut in the mounting holes of shock, but risk is that the nut will loose its strength also the camber adjustment will be disturbed when the tire goes over potholes, so its not recommended.

Any buddy please help me regarding changing of baleno rear brake drum. My mechanic told me to change both drum & brakepad because of excessive polishing the drum , the drum thinkness has decreased . & the handbrake also don't work properly. So please advise is needed that what should i go for , kabli drums or new one how much kalbi drums will cost me & how much new one will cost me , is new drums of baleno available in the market. Plse suggest and advise.

change brake shoe first. this costs less than 1000 including labour.that will resolve your issue of hand brake. also, its a fact that baleno have very bad brakes.
