bro i had same problem as my spring was broken , after much search i found a a pair of bosch wipers from shoba peshwar in 1800 rupees complete arm with wipers and rubbers. going good so far. almost 6 months now.

sad to hear abid bhai, now whats the solution whole back light replacement or only the indicator cover can be change? i have a broken light as well when i hit the door of my house on reverse

Aoa all
I have faced 2 problems sine summer is started
1. I was on long route temperature was above 45 degree i took a break for juma prayrer. when i came back the car didnt start, no responce frpm car upon rotating the key. phir dhakka laga k start ke aur seedha mechanic k pass. wahan ja k 5 dafa try kia har dafa pehli try mai he start ho gai. starter motor ke kuppi ke shrarat thi
2. Slow decrease in ac coolant gas. Ac circuit is all protected, but still gas decreases a little after few weeks.

I think that root cause to these problems is overheated bonut. Bonut gets very hot and every thing inside bonut becomes very hot.
engine cooling system is perfectly fine . fan is auto and T-valve installed.
i want to solve this problem without removing T-valve.
will direct fan work?
i am also thinking to install 2 mini fans one near starter motor and one near compressor with manual on off switch inside. what do u think is this a stupid idea?? or will it work?

y not make a connection from a/c fan to radiator fan through a diode so it doesnt back cureent. it will start both fan radiator and a/c fan at same time. if u feel ur bonnet to be very hot with ac on this will help.

i have another problem with my a.c this time, it trips and it doesnt turns on no matter what u try. switch off the car, or wait. but it wont start the a/c on or engage the compressor.
i have changed the A/C bello inside dashboard near evaporator.
car is not heating up, when a/c runs cooling is perfect as u may expect from 13 year old shuzuki.
can anyone help me with this mysterious switching off/on of A/C.

Don't worry, its a magnet issue inside your AC compressor. I have same issue 3 weeks ago, my car AC trips after 5 to 8 min running, then it will not come back as long as car is running.
I have visited two different AC workshops. Then fixed the issue from lesser estimate AC workshop.

its very easy - just un-clip the central panel - and then the audio unit and watch will be visible to be taken out

I have removed the Audio unit too, but now Fan/Air outlet is between the watch, what i am guessing that we can't take the dashboard watch without opening the main dashboard?

any body who has taken out the Baleno's dashboard watch will be best to help me out in this issue.

nahi bhai. i have taken out the watch myself. its very easy thing. just that central area of in the middle is taken off as we do for audio player process

Should i remove that Air pipe in the back of this panel too, as that air pipe is now between the watch now

AOA, My balenos AC doesn't trip on idling however while driving it does trip, is that normal, cuz in my gli 2009 ac does trip for few seconds while idling.

Shitzuki cars AC never trip on idle.

But isnt that harmful for the compressor if you stop somewhere for 15-20 minutes and it wont trip even for a second.

A/C do trip in baleno as mine do trip regardless of whether driving or at idling.....
but it takes a longer time to trip then other cars in market. thats my experience, hope ur Baleno still has that A/C control unit installed. and not messed up having a thermostat.

U dont have to remove the ducts(jali), intead remove the whole black holder grille, it has one screw just above ur headset unit. and rest it have clip ons on the side which attach it to the dashboard. Remove that, and unclip the grip of A/C buttons and u are good to unlatch the clock.
