i just cleaned the IACV and Throttle position sensor, after that RPM is going very high 3000 to 3500 ??

Bhai, aapka IAC valve sahi betha nahi hai aur stuck ho gaya hai. Thats why rpm will be too too abnormally high. Wo set bithao jahan wo motor rotate karti hai freely.

Guys, the middle Wala left vent in my Baleno is acting funny. Waise theek Hai, but as soon as you turn on the AC, it becomes loose. Agar Khali airflow ho tab bhi sahi hai. What's the problem?

Aur agar suspension ko overhaul Karna ho with new genuine parts, tab total kitna kharcha ho ga?

was the IACV spindle was spinning freely when u installed it?
did u open the electric part? if yes then was it installed correctly? it has an adjustment, try to install at the same setting.

what do u mean by cleaning the TPS? there is nothing to be cleaned in TPS....it calibration is very important and very difficult to replicate the factory setting...

if everything is okay then try removing battery wire foro 15 mins and then try again...

Don't opt for overhaul, talking from personal experience overhaul in baleno doesnt last long, and u will be hearing same noises again. it wil be a it costly to go for replacement but its worth the time it will serve you tention free.

How much will the replacement cost?

depends on what needs to be replaced,
new shocks front pair is around 7500 for pair, and back is arrounf 6500 for pair good quality thailand make, front crossarms(chimta) are 4500 for pair (with bushes), z links are cheap, end links are under 2000 as well. thats what i can remember from my purchase.

So i ended up replacing the whole throttle body with all the sensors, replacing the IACV was not working so i replaced it whole, cost 5000 with fitting from shafiq mor. Attached is the picture of old IACV in throttle.

Alhamdulillah its good now

good to know that your problem resolved...

SAD to see the condition of old one...this item is meant to last till the life of vehicle...

to me the cause of this is using tap water in cooling system...the coolant circulation pipes are badly corroded...

my advice is also do consider the situation of other parts of cooling system and make necessary repairs and use a proper coolant from now on...

everything shud be according to factory specs, dont listen to any mechanic etc, cause you are way too much learned as compared to them, as for the cooling system,
1. thermostat valve is must.
2. fan must be in automatic function
3. the radiator cap shud be according to spec and spring/seals shud be inspected
4. no leaks in the expansion bottle and pipes leading towards it..
5. use of coolant and air shud be removed from system after replacement.
6. try to rinse the system to remove any dust particles etc..

if the system is working properly...then after the engine has obtained optimal temperature...and fans have been kicked in a couple of times and just stopped...there shud not be any un-necessary pressure built up in system...

After replacement of throttle body i am still having the check engine light ON, somebody said you have to clear the codes using scanner, is it correct? BTW i tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes but still no luck!

i think...one of the sensors is not connected..

do u have old throttle with u?

just unplug the TPC grip from TPS sensor of new throttle body and connect it with old one...start the car and check if check light is gone or not?

Purchase date: 25-02-2016

I am his 5th owner but guys this car is kept with extreme care. i am very happy and satisfied with this car. its giving me 13/km on petrol (local with AC), and giving 15-16km(on motorway on 120/km speed). i have removed the CNG kit the very next i bought this car. Totally driven on petrol.

I will share my experience and tips in future for maintaining this beauty. In my opinion Baleno is the best car.
