bro honestly honestly it was done on 535k but when we went there to take the car the compund was not gud 1,2 cheizen b mis thi so cut 10k more for that so bought it for 525k
the more which i spent on it was 2k for compund 5.5k for new door gaty n power window button today i bought kabli compressor for 2k
3k expected for more ac work after complete work will upload her pics for rating INSHALLAH;)

the only prob i am facing in ma new baleno is auto racing
it is not auto racing when ac is switched on thats why band ho jati ha
any solution?

the problem is in the TP censer (throttle positing censer) its not adjusting the RPM according the load..get it serviced of changed...may be throttle body needs cleaning as well

:S...or kia batao???censer ki malfunctioning khud ak problem hy...it use to happen...censers sometimes do malfunctioning, the possible reasons of this problem are
- improper current supply to censer
- censer or its grip needs to be cleaned
- censer needs to be reset (by simply plugging out the terminal of battery for 5 minutes)
- censer is permanently disabled (needs to be replaced)

in other case (in fact at first place) the problem of RPM drop while AC turns on, could possibly be due to low RPM setting of car (which are set through the CNG kit)...set the idle RPM of car from 900-1000 and problem would be solved

:oarry yaar mri car ko koi problem nhn hy...Huzaifa ki car ko problem tha...and secondly baleno ki computerized tuning nhn ho sekti...see computerized checking 3 tara ki hoti hy
1- censer checking (OBD scanner etc)
2- computerized tuning (set the air fuel ratio of car at optimum level that you are suggesting)
3- car flue gas (exhaust) analysis (which determine the O2, NOx, SOX, CO in car exhaust...it can be used to set proper air to fuel ratio but it is not valid and results are only based on hit and trial method)

number 1 and number 3 checking can be performed in baleno but number 2 checking is not possible because CNG controller (power T) is mechanical not electrical...by the way Cultus can be tuned through computer.

Baleno master my question is that My Baleno Glip 1.3L 1999 has no factory fitted RPM meter in it. Is it possible to install external rpm meter.

Hi guys,
i got changed the radiator upper tank with new one and radiator rewash on 03/09 from walton,costed me 1.4k for this replacement.
Also got tuned the car,reset the tappet,throttle body cleaning,plug gaping etc.
There isn't any coolent boil issue seen untill now which i was facing from last 3 months in city traffic with a/c on cng.
After tuning car is much more responsive Masha allah.

Brother, first of all congratulations for new car. Its really neat and clean car. Sorry I was unable to come online for few days. Now I am back.

Ok if your above mentioned problem is still unresolved then have a suggestion. When you Open your throatle body, there is a censor attached with it. There is a rubber ring between censore and throatle body for seal. Please change that ring, issue will resolve, only the issue which you mentioned.
NOTE: I am not an expert, so please confirm it from some one else. All the best.

What should be the Idle RPM of Baleno?
Mine one is 0.8 in normal and 1.0 on AC. And car is fine.

Also can any one suggest me as I am facing some problem regarding gear box. When I press the clutch, clutch bearing sound come. Also when I race car too much there is some knocking voice from gear box. In 2nd gear some time car get completely down, I mean no pick up. What should I do?

How much it will cost me to replace the gear box completely with kaabli one? As I never do repairing. Also what about new geniun? Thanks

renvenges for the 2nd gear downfeel problem you have to tune up your car every 8~10k kms,plug gaping is a big help in this regard,plug leads should be checked with volt meter for proper outcome.
The sound which gear produce while in idle position reving, is due to run short of gear oil or some cases 5th gear make noise in idle.
Repairing gear box is not a bad idea but from a reputed workshop else it will give resonance.
