Tips for Baleno

Hi Everyone,

I am stuck with the heavy power steering problem .... changed the power pump twice ( kabli from Bilal Gunj ) on both occasions problem solved temporarily but after 1 week or so gradually reappeared. Both pumps giving noises confirming they became faulty

Is there any another problem which is causing these issues to the pump?

Should I go for new chinese pump available for 6K ?

Got the kanghi checked from mechanic, its fine .....
( I have baleno 2003 107K driven)

You ar not getting good qabli pump both the times otherwise i have baught it in 800 in exchange from b.ganj 6 months ago i am satisfied Alhamdulillah.

yeah yeah that SOMEONE is me, who said blblbl...but i also told in that post that i m confused regrading this matter coz i have gotten two different opinions regarding that...
and kindly send me the pictures of new coils on your engine...i wana see if the CAM censer is still there or not...also share your experience regarding following issues:
Comparative fuel consumption
Comparative acceleration
Comparative idling smoothness
any heating issue with car...

these point will give us better picture to opt this alteration, thanks:)

original r more good as i experinced them they costed me 5.5k n never felt n e prob or back fire from ma baleno

sorry for delay... brother actually i bougth this car a while ago and the owner told me that u need to change the coils to have a smooth drive.. i have no idea of how it was before .... but with the new coils the pick has been increased alot on petrol... speed has overall been increased. but the car is like comsuming alot of petrol.. i dont now y... on CNG average is been improved. my friend have baleno nd his consumption is 120 but my car is giving 135in lhr. with partial AC when required....

the installation is very easy....when u ll go to bilal gunj they will give u side coil with bolt to bolt fitting cup. the cup on the right side of head would be removed and u ll install new cup along with coils already installed on them..... for further detail feel free to call me...

mry khayal mai petrol k sath CNG ki consumption bhi kharab honi chahya thi...by the way my car is giving 125+ in lahore with ful time AC on...without AC it reaches some where near 145-150...ok two more things...is car remain smooth in idling condition??i mean anything like fluctuation of RPM type thing???
and 2nd thing for how much you get this car

Everything is normal... there is a problem that my advancer and emulator got faulty so the car is direct now the mechanic at bilal bung burnt the advancer... may be thats y average is disturbed...otherwise the performance is fine.. and yeah it cost me 4K... another shop keeper was giving me in 3.5k without any bargain but the guy whom i went to bilal gung ask me to buy coils from shop number 121 as its famous for baleno coils and suzuki stuff he asked me 5K and after bargain he sold me on 4K.. fitting kay 500 alag say.. but fitting kay bad start nai hue to mechanic kay advansor emulator kay sath koe punga liya jis ke waja say advansor main say smoke hua uskay bad usnay advansor and emulator utar kay aik relay laga di..uske waja say Petrol say CNG ki conversation3-4KM kay bad hoti hai subha ka time... normal routine main 1-2 Km kahy darmiya ho jati hai... may be after advansor and emulator i ll get the correct result...

if u want to guy side coils dunt u worry there wud be no change in engine part. the cup he will give u wud be bolt to bolt fit with ur engine head... like mine...

for baleno stap101 from landirenzo in about 8k but i advise you to go for tomassto cip4 2in1 advancer/emulator in 2.5k at gaslane chowburji.

i also heard abt tomoseto...but the guy near by my house was asking 3.3K

yes i am using it 2in1,advancer with emulator,i am pretty much satisfied with this product and i have side coil,4 wire 4 coil system.
The reason why asim's advancer flew away,i cant comment,there are many ICs inside this green box 'cip4',any short circuit might have become the cause.

and what you say about your experience with side coils. like fuel mileage, idling, temperature issues and pick etc
